"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"

"Arrived at the property to be told I need to call and find out what room I’m in, I tried too but no joy so eventually the staff helped they phoned and got my room number then had to go back down to get the key code. I booked with Expedia and not had this issue before. I went to the bar the next night no one was there asked the ladies on the desk they said he’s around somewhere but I don’t no where so I went back to my room didn’t bother having a drink. They just seemed not interested in helping. "

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows! Very lumpy and uncomfortable! I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer a personal touch to congratulate my husband on his 60th birthday. I had explained that that was the reason for our holiday and hoped they would do something a bit special, such as leaving a bottle of wine or a cake in the room, or even a birthday card, but nothing. Bit sad..."

"Breakfast buffet was always empty, everything run out and they wouldn't refill, things like bacon-bread-eggs-fruit. Even when you asked if they will refill staff will rudly reply that it has run out. We stayed for 1 week and our room floor was never cleaned, our beds were never made and we had to ask presidently for clean towels, which we got once. Even bed linen were too small and did not fit the beds, so you ended up sleeping on a bare mattress by the morning.No kettle in the room for your morning tea. No frigde in the room. Avoid this place."

"After renovation, the hotel looks amazing great! Everything is new and shining, parking place is nice and camera LPR seems to work properly :), breakfast was unlively good - (too) many options, everything fresh and tasty"
