Located on Jordan Bay, the eastern shore of Sebago Lake, the most desirable location. Take in a spectacular sunset view from a gorgeous, level, sandy beach that is perfect for kids, picnics, kayaking, canoeing and relaxing. A beautiful spot to watch the sunset! Our home is literally a 60 second walk to a 150 ft of private association beach | water is across the street. This area of Jordan Bay is fairly sheltered and boat traffic is calm. With 4 kayaks available for use, relaxation is a must! 1 Paddle Board also comes with this rental. Rent a boat 1 mile away and enjoy the bigger part of Sebago for an all-day adventure of tubing and boating! Perfect for a friends get a way, family retreat or singles that want to enjoy a week of fun. Sebago lake has the best fishing in southern Maine so don't forget your fishing pole.

Our home is 2,200 sq ft with an open floor plan that provides the perfect atmosphere for entertaining your family & guests. If you enjoy cooking or choose to dine-in, you are going to love having dinner on the screened in porch with water views of the bay. The house is furnished with all brand-new items for your enjoyment. Included is a flatscreen TVs, wireless internet, laundry with a full size washer/dryer, as well as fun games to keep you entertained. Enjoy playing ping pong and foosball for those fun nights. Included in your stay is beach chairs & towels for relaxing by the water’s edge. Have your own boat? No problem! Launch your own boat from our beach. We have a mooring and a dock for loading/unloading.

You'll enjoy 4 comfortable bedrooms and a brand new comfortable sleep sofa. Our unique property offers a well-stocked kitchen for your convenience as well as coffee maker to enjoy morning coffee.

Enjoy a beautiful patio that has a gas grill, plenty of seating and toast marshmallows around the firepit at night!

Can't leave Maine without a lobster dinner! Our home is located within walking distance for a wonderful Lobster feast. Dunkin' is right around the corner and shopping, nightlife, mini golf, and so much more to do is a 3 mile drive down the road. Shop in Freeport, North Conway or visit historical downtown Portland. All within a 45 minutes drive.

Great for three generations!
We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable house. The screened in porch and patio with firepit were family favorites to hang out and chat. The game room was a great addition! We rented a boat and kept in on the mooring to enjoy the lake and visits to Frye Island.

Relaxing getaway for multigenerational group
We spent a great week enjoying this home and the lake. We especially loveed the beach and kayaks, the outdoor seating area and fire pit at the house, and the modern well-equipped kitchen. Kathleen was a great host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!

109 Caton Rd. Was very clean and well-equipped. The owner was so nice and responsive to all our questions. The little beach on the lake was perfect for our 5-year-old twins. And the grownups enjoyed kayaking and fishing.

A Taste of Maine!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean with beach access and a mooring if you have a boat. The home was only a row away from Sabago Lake. Loved sitting outside by the fire pit at night. Also had air conditioning throughout the house.

Great Family Memories at the Lake
The house was perfect for our group, ranging from 11 months, 7 and 9 year olds and adults. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room to hang out inside and out. We enjoyed cooking out and the fire pit! The lake beach is a 2 minute walk and most days we were the only ones there. It was clean and refreshing! The boat launch was great too since we could go tubing and enjoy the sunsets!

Fantastic House
I cant say enough about this house. The house is spotless. This home is well equiped with anything you might need for your stay at the lake. We had our 86 year old grandma with us and she uses a walker, it was very easy for her to get around. The lower level was perfect for our older boys to play their video games and music. We would rent this home again in a second.

Great Family Vacation
We had the Best time during our annual ME family vacation. We have rented many homes over the years and this was one of the best. The house was perfectly laid out for families and very clean. The game room was a Big plus with the kids (and grown-ups). Kathleen, the owner, was Very easy to communicate. She responded quickly to our questions and did everything she could to make sure we had everything we needed. The house had everything you would need for your vacation. It was nice not to have to bring extra "stuff." The lake is beautiful. The community beach was quiet and only a short walk across the street. The kayaks and paddle board were an added bonus. We all loved paddling around the lake. We love this area of ME. Luckily we had beautiful weather during our stay, but there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Some of the best fresh donuts and lobster rolls are only 2 minutes from the house. Overall this was a perfect vacation. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Kathleen!!!

Great week in Maine
Great house with all the little amenities included. From shampoo in the showers to beach chairs and games, the owner and house provide almost everything you would need. My children loved using the included kayaks and paddle board on the lake. It’s a great location to explore the White Mountains in NH to the west or the coastal towns of Maine to the east.

Amazing time for entire family
We had a great time staying here. Our kids really loved the game room. Location is very nice - short walk to the water. We enjoyed taking family photos by the lake during the sunsets, grilling, making s’mores in the fire pit, playing in the game room, relaxing downstairs watching tv. Not too far from Portland- we also spent a day at Bar Harbor and Acadia national park(couple hour drive from here) Very friendly owner who went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Will definitely revisit.

Pristine home. All of our family enjoyed the home and the attention to detail that the owners paid in the home and items to make our stay pleasant and memorable. A week at the Lake
Kathleen is an awesome host. The property is VERY well and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen is significantly better equipped than our home kitchen. From the outdoor grill to the great coffee maker to the Kayaks to the numerous TVS s to communication to everything else Kathleen does a great job. We enjoyed our week and made some nice family memories.

Great for 2 young families!
We spent a long weekend with our 2 year old, 2 friends, and their 2.5 year old and 5 month old. The house was great to have separation while the kids napped or slept and plenty of play area. The quick walk to the beach made short and longer trips easy. Kathleen was SO responsive and the house had everything we needed including wagons for trucking toddlers and all their stuff down to the beach. We’re already talking about when we’ll come back!

Great location and an owner that cares
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need including beach towels, bath towels, extra bedding, kitchen utensils, high-chair, pack and play, and on and on. Easy walk to the private community beach. Also, we rented a boat for the walk and the owner was kind enough to put a mooring in the water for us. Besides our 5-star stay, the only small issue was that there was no bathroom in the basement where the two other bedrooms are so you had to come upstairs each time. Overall, it was a great stay!

Incredible week on Sebago lake
We had a fantastic week. The house was everything we could have wanted. The kitchen was very well appointed, the game room was a hit with the kids. We loved the patio, gas grill, fire pit, and plentiful outdoor seating. The kayaks, tubes, beach chairs, beach towels, and life jackets were very much appreciated and used by all. Kate was incredibly responsive and accessible with any questions or issues we had. We made use of the mooring and dock when we rented a pontoon boat and jet ski and they both worked out great. The one minute walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth to the house when needed. Great week for everyone.

Perfect Family Vacation Home
Recently my multigenerational family of 9 enjoyed a fun filled vacation at Sebago Lake. Kate’s place is spacious and well equipped with all that is listed, just pack your toothbrush and clothes. My 4 teenage grandchildren, daughters and their husbands entertained themselves playing games, ping pong, darts, fouz ball, kayaks and toasting marshmallows in the beautiful fire pit. The property has a large yard and is so close to the beach. I have limited mobility and found the house and yard easy to get around and beach to be very accessible. If you have a boat there is an owner owned buoy where you can tie up. In addition to all this property has to offer I was so grateful to work with Kate and her husband who truly made our week a very special family vacation. Nancy
