We truly want this to be your home away from home so we provide many extras. The following is a list of staple items we will have for you when you stay, it's kinda long but worth it. The route to the property is all pavement except for the last 1/10th of a mile is gravel. There is a keyless entry lock on the door. We want you to know that our water though it is safe is well water and it taste terrible so we have a reverse osmosis system that feeds a small faucet in the kitchen sink and it also feeds into the ice maker in the freezer. There are extra bottles of water in the refrigerator and also a bag of ice in the freezer. Under the sinks in the bathrooms we provide bottles of water to use for brushing your teeth. Our property is in the flight path of the Lincoln Airport. Our airport is very small so there isn't much traffic but I do want you to be aware of it. Sometimes the Air National Guard will practice their flights so there could be more traffic. We are in the country so there are bugs, mosquitos, deer, rabbits, racoons, foxes, and many other critters. Here is a list of other items that we provide to help you plan your trip. We provide bed linens, towels with access to a washer and dryer. We have washcloths and hand towels too. The kitchen is stocked with ketchup, mustard, barbeque sauce, steak sauce, steak seasonings, salt and pepper, misc spices, mayo, miracle whip, ranch dressing, and Dorothy Lynch dressing a local flavor. We have dill and bread and butter pickles, pickle relish, pancake syrup, sugar paper plates, plastic silverware and plastic cups, napkins and paper towels coffee maker with several flavors of coffee and regular too. We also have coconut oil, olive oil, and canola oil. There is bug spray and bug yard spray. A first aid kit, saline solution, shampoo. body soap, blow dryers, curling iron, common items forgotten like toothpaste, toothbrush, hairspray, razors, and many other items. In the patio box near the house there's extra outdoor chairs, marshmallow and hotdog stick, fire starter, matches. We have a gas grill, and fire pit to cook on. There is also grill utensils in a box by the grill outside. Inside the utensils box is a grill mat or toss away grill covers for the grate on the firepit incase you would like to cook other an open fire. The gas grill is fed by our big propane tank wo there is a valve on the deck floor to the left of the grill. Turn the valve vertical and the gas is on, horizontal the gas is off. Please make sure the valve is off when you are not using it. There is a iron and ironing board lint brushes. In the closets of the bedrooms there are fire extinguisher cans and one in the cupboard above the microwave in the kitchen. There is also one in the window in the rec room in the basement.. We have several outside and inside games available to play. There will be cut wood for the fire pit as well. I don't think I forgot anything and I hope this helps with your plans.
