"I really enjoyed my stay here and have no complaints about the hotel, room, or staff. Both the room and common areas were very clean and everything was in good working order. Every staff member I encountered was kind and professional, though most of my interactions were with who I believe to be the owners—they were especially warm and welcoming. I also really liked the location. It’s central to the main shopping areas of the Jackson/Ridgeland/Madison and it isn’t next to any bizarre intersections like most hotels in Jackson seem to be. While I’m usually loyal to Marriott, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Jackson."

"Friendly staff at check-in and breakfast. Nice breakfast buffet. Only issue, there seemed to be alot of car noise during the night. Not sure if it was other guests or the public street below the Best Western. "

"Overall good experience….we stayed here because the casino was attached and convenient but it is a smoking casino. The restaurant was slow but served excellent food. The room was clean and comfortable yet supplied extra thin kleenex and one-ply bath tissue. A pet peeve. Again, overall it was nice stay."

"The property was clean the room was outdated the color in the television was horrible but the room was cleaned tho the parking was horrible there tho "
