Dining , food and options were way too limited and basic .

We loved our stay and the rooms were very big and clean . Staff very friendly and helpful!! I will stay there again

The hotel was in a great location. Quiet but still close to everything and with easy access to transportation. I loved that I could come and go and have my privacy.

The hotel was very clean inside however, there was a stench of sewage that was quite strong when we first arrived and was worse on the morning. We noticed the stench was the same outside in some areas as we walked around. It appeared to be the same in other areas and hotels we visited. I think the City Public Works should do something about this or it’s going to drive tourists away.

We were very disappointed in our stay because we only picked this hotel due to the spa. However, it turns out that the spa is closed for over 1 month with no explanation or awareness. There is nothing on the website that mentions the spa was closed. On a side note, there was no coffee pods for our coffee machine in the room and no teabags for the kettle. The bathroom had 2 sinks where one was clogged… At least the beds were comfy and nice. For a 5 star hotel, you’d expect more than this. Also Nobody asked how was our stay when we were checking out. Overall, it was average nothing special about this hotel for the price we paid you’d expect a real 5 star hotel.
