A very terrible villa experience
Firstly, the pick-up from the airport was late. The AC was broken for 3nights. They sent someone to fix it and promised us at 12N, they came in at 8 am when we landed at midnight. After they tried to fix it, they left a mess on the floor and still not done. No cleaning at all. Secondly, we threw the garbage in the bin with lid. Still, there were tons of ants along with the bin. So then, we have to throw all the garbage every time outside the gate. If we left the utensil on the table, just in an hour, there were lots of ants. There were like an unreasonable amount of them even we kept the villa clean ourselves. Moreover, we have to pay the electricity fee extra (THB6/kwH) which was not included in the hotel fee, we stayed for 5 nights, we left the villa around 7 am for joining the day tour for 2 days and return at late night. Somehow we got the charge like around THB2200. We have to pay for those when they used on the electricity to fix the AC or cleaning the house. No paper towel or water will be refilled. Only the toilet paper refilled. One day, when we return there was some insect poop on the pillow. One showerhead in the bathroom was weak, the dripping out water. Last day, we wanted to have a taxi to the airport at 12:30 pm. Somehow they confirmed us at 12:00N. We didn't mind so just go for the 12:00N. They said they were late. It was like a scam to pay for the unreasonable electricity fee. They said if we don't pay and they threaten us by sending the police to catch us.
