"The property was great, we didn’t use the hottub as much as we thought we would but too hot outside! unfortunately the canopy on our house boat had been broken by the previous occupants but the management team really tried their best to get this sorted but was not able to. They were lovely very friendly and apologetic for putting us out. Even gave us a bottle of fizz to say sorry for any inconvenience. Highly recommend a stay there and would look to visit again. "Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...
