"Schön und sauber. Ruhig in einem riesigen Olivenhain gelegen. Hundegebell mal mehr mal weniger. Die bellenden Hunde sind aber 9Monate im Zwinger, nur im Nov, Dez und Jan dürfen sie für die Wildschweinjagd raus. Also verständlich. Schöne Wanderungen in der Region und im Oktober fast menschenleere Strände in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns erholt."

It is the perfect location for a get together: 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a beautiful pool, lots of places to sit and talk, eat and drink. The property is is an old farm house in the Tuscan forest, renovated and nicely furnished. The view from the property is absolutely amazing. "We booked this property only a few weeks in advance of our stay because another property we had booked (not from Vrbo) cancelled on us. It was wonderful. The property manager was so welcoming and the house was beautifully peaceful. The pool was just what our kids needed and all facilities as described. It was really hot and the fans in the bedrooms didn’t quite hit the spot but that’s no reflection on the house, just the time of year we visited. Would highly recommend!"

"Het verblijf in Punta ala was super. Omringd door de zee en bos en heerlijk rustig. Luigi onze conciërge was een hele zorgzame man, die alle tijd neemt en alles voor je wilt uitzoeken, om je verblijf zo leuk mogelijk te maken. De villa was heel mooi en warm en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Als iemand een leuke vakantie wilt is dit zeker een aanrader. "

"Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung mit ausdrücklich 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer gesucht. Diese wurden uns auch schriftlich bestätigt. Die Anfahrtsstrasse stellte sich bei Regen mit dem Motorrad als sehr schlecht da. Wir hatten keine Information zum Empfang, es war niemand vor Ort. Mit Hilfe meines italienischem Cousine konnte die Wohnung gefunden werden, aber es gab nur 1 Schlafzimmer! Wir haben über den Veranstalter storniert, was uns auch unkompliziert nach vorlage von Beweisen...

Ich habe die Anzeige nicht genau genug gelesen… Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig leider aber auch weit oben auf einem Berg, sie ist nur über eine ziemlich schlechte Schotterstraße erreichbar. Was die Abfahrt wirklich schwierig macht. Die Gegend ist allgemein sehr ruhig, wer also Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr kleine aber im Grunde ist alles da was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super easy und sie war super...

Die anfänglichen Probleme mit dem Internet, wurden sofort von einem Techniker behoben. Die Lage am Waldrand, bietet die Möglichkeit für schöne Wanderungen und Sparziergänge mit dem Hund. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Besichtigungen in der Umgebung. Was man aber wissen muss : Es gibt 2 riesige, unangeleinte Maremma Hirtenhunde, die freundlich zu Gästen sind (außer man hat einen kleinen, doofen Kläffer wie wir, der sie attackieren möchte, statt mit ihnen zu spielen)"

The area ist really nice with lovely beaches around If you don't mind to drive litte distances. WE really enjoyed our Holidays here."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la villa est grande et bien équipée même si certains équipements mériteraient un renouvèlement. La terrasse est très grande et fermée (très appréciable si vous voyagez avec un chien) et la vue depuis cette terrasse est magnifique avec un spectacle de coucher de soleil chaque soir. Dommage qu’elle ne soit pas un peu plus aménagée le baby foot est en mauvais état etat, nous avions seulement deux chaises de jardin, un vieux canapé et une table avec deux bancs...

Der Kontakt zu Dino und Paola war immer da, sie haben uns auch mit highlights in der nähe versorgt. "We had a wonderful stay at Gitavillage. There are big play ground for kids. The facility is very big. Best is the private beach with free umbrellas. The beach is quite big and sandy. Was very quite. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here if we come back to this area. "
