"We spend 3 nights at the Chateau and could not be happier. Its location is very convenient, between Utah and Omaha beaches, so it is an accessible and strategic base to visit Normandy. Within a few minutes, in Carentan-les-marais, the D-Day experience, restaurants and other small business make it a good option. But the best part is the chateau itself and its hosts, Cathy and Jacky. They put a great effort in making you feel comfortable and are very nice people, in order that you feel at home....

"What a charming bed and breakfast! This place was a museum in itself, over 300 years old with modern amenities. David and Alyson, the owners, were the perfect hosts. The property had all that we needed and was perfectly located for quick nips to the local beach, just a smal drive from the Normandy beaches and Bayeaux and plenty of beautiful scenery.
