Lovely staff in a lovely property. Our room was well appointed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It is on a quiet street that is miniutes from everything. When you arrive staff have a package of information ready about Ravenna as well as reataurant suggestions (with coupon). I more than comfortable recomending this small hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in the old town, very convenient for sightseeing and dining, less convenient if you have a car. The hotel is beautifully furnished, well maintained and run.

The room was nice and had a good sized bathroom. The beds were comfortable enough. However, the air conditioner in our room did not get cold. The other rooms our friends were in were ice cold but hours was burning up hot. After many hours it got mildly comfortable but theirs was cooled off in 10 minutes.

Great stay
This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay and we’re well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very nice and clean. The people running the hotel were exceptionally caring and pleasant. We recommend Hotel Novitas. It is also in a good location and easy to walk everywhere.

From the moment I arrived, Michael, the gracious host, warmly welcomed me and efficiently checked me in. His genuine hospitality shone through as he eagerly shared excellent dining recommendations in the area. Very Beautiful and quiet villa in the centre of the town. Rooms are very comfortable and an excellent continental breakfast can be reserved upon arrival. Staff was really helpful and arranged transfer to the cruise terminal. Highly recommend. Grazie mille!
