"Bodde i Ratnagiri som ett stopp i att resa vidare till Goa. Bodde i ett mycket stort fint rum, åt god middag i hotellets restaurang som även hade en bar. Vi hade tänkt åka till tågstationen för att fixa biljetter, men istället bokade hotellchefen biljetter åt oss och tryckte ut dem på papper. All personal vi träffade var mycket vänliga."

"My goodness it was really a horrible experience , next time i would never rely on Expedia just for the sake of your good commission , you take tourist for ride. I would suggest let your team first visit the hotel then you recommend others .. No Water in morning , No Wifi , No telephone connection even intercom is show piece , Electricity is generating on Generator which slows down every 5 minutes. Television is just for name shake, no cable connection . For all the above incident Hotel staff...
