This is an old worn out hotel. The floors are dirty and carpet in the rooms are disgusting The hallways have a strange and unpleasant smell. 2 of the 4 mornings I didn't have hot water. Good news, the bed was comfortable and the location is great.

It does not provide WIFI as promised because WIFI license has expired and pose serious security problem. Arrived on Friday afternoon around 4 pm, the office is closed and no check in service. Intercom is not working. Finally get a fellow traveler to call by phone to resolve the issue.

Nice clean quiet place. We arrived after hours and they had an automated system to get us the keys. Located a block away from the bus stop to go directly to the airport.

Great value with easy access to transport
Great location for Ratingen centre and for access to the public transport system. Turn left out of the hotel and at the end of the street is the bus stop. Number 760 goes directly to the airport. I highly recommend the Moovit app which will help you get anywhere in the city in real time. Hotel room was comfortable, clean and very quiet with a good powerful shower. Breakfast buffet was okay but not really worth 10 each. There’s an excellent coffee shop / bakery by the bus stop.

Lovely room. Hotel seemed clean and reception polite and helpful. We arrived late and as I hadn't realised it would be so late I hadn't advised beforehand. The phone number on my paperwork didn't connect but after a quick re check on my phone we found a number and they quickly talked me through accessing via their secure key box on the front door.

It was a cozy stay in a cozy hotel. Although it is a bit far from Düsseldorf, the town Ratingen is beautiful and calmed.
