Good stop on way to Düsseldorf airport
Great place to spend a night when arriving in Düsseldorf airport area. Good parking. Great location. So glad that there was some air conditioning!! Restaurant was excellent for an incredible dinner. Service was great!

Overall a very good experience. Just be aware that the hotel does not have actual pillows…it seemed to be a wrapped up blanket. I personally did not find it very comfortable. The staff were very good.

We stayed 3 nights in hotel. Breakfast was nice lots of choices but the staff wasn’t nice at all unfortunately I was disappointed. The room was good size nice and clean but very bad design because no door on bathroom so when you on relaxing and watching tv on the bed you see another person in the bathroom 🙄✋(no thank you). One night we was already sleeping and fire alarm went on everyone had to go outside ok that’s fine and necessary but when we went back inside the alarm was on 🚨 more at least 20-25 minutes and even no apologies from the staff.

Nice bed, and well equipped modern room - found it a bit odd that the bathroom was right in the room - but wasn’t an issue as I travelled solo. Hotel was quiet but check in was easy, and a problem with my room key was quickly resolved. Only thing I would say is that there was no sign for what to do in the restaurant - I didn’t realise (as an Englishman) that you just sat down, and the waiters didn’t acknowledge me while I was standing at the door.

The hotel is good and ideal location for my place of work in Ratingen. However my room had a noisy aircon and reported on Tuesday morning to the reception. On Wednesday night at 00:30 the noise walked me up and had to change room and this spoiled my night sleep. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly.

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Hotel stark zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer waren deutliche Spinnweben zu sehen, was auf eine mangelnde Reinigung hinweist. Zudem wirkte das Personal an der Rezeption überfordert und wenig hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend, da grundlegende Hygienestandards nicht eingehalten wurden. Ich würde dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Zimmer machen einen freundlichen und modernen Eindruck. Auch der offene kombinierte Bad, Schlafbereich gefällt mir. Verbesserungswürdig ist sicherlich die Sauberkeit. Wenn die WC Bürste noch offensichtlich Rückstände vom Vorgast aufweist, ist hier sicherlich nicht richtig gereinigt worden oder gar vielleicht auch gar nicht. Ebenso ist der Überlauf vom Waschbecken offensichtlich noch nie gereinigt worden, da einem schwarzer speckiger schmodder förmlich direkt ins Auge sticht. Beim Stabsaugen werden die Ecken großzügig ausgelassen. Da ist noch Luft nach oben offen! Sonst gefällt mir das Hotel
