"I stayed again at Leonardo Hotel close to DUS airport and I was not disappointed. The staff at the reception was very friendly. I got a nice quiet room where I found complimentary delicious macarons. I will come again for sure. "

"I turned up and there were 20 police officer outside , it has turned into an immigration hotel. My son and O were left stranded at 11pm at night with no where to stay. Cat get in contact with Expedia. Apart from these emails asking to rate my stay "

"Very nice hotel, incredible value for money and breakfast included. Only complaint really I was in room 301 which was near the elevator which I could hear late at night and early morning. I did not bother asking to change rooms as I was tired and there for just one night. Would happily stay again. "

"1 night stay. Good size room with clean bedding. Very affordable and close to the airport. Had food and drinks in the hotel and it was good but a bit on the expensive side we thought. "

" A little dated hotel/rooms. A tiny television with no functionality such as apple play or google casting. I booked a double bed but got a room with 2 single beds side by side which dosnt really work as a double bed because of the gap in the middle. Overalll quiet and clean."

"The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great."

Ticked all the boxes, great hotel.

"City break weekend with friends to get some football in.. Hotel is centrally located a short walk from the main station and has a tram stop right outside. Easy to find in a nice safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff on check in and rooms were spotlessly clean, could not fault. Great selection for breakfast in the mornings too. Would definitely stay here again."
