"We had a problem accessing the security key numbers - x2 - necessary to get into the property. Hotels.com app failed and both tel calls and emails to the owner failed for over 2 hours. Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. Otherwise a comfortable stay near centre of town. Clean, quiet with plenty of room. Missing coffee pods in supplies left for guests. Thank you."

"Enjoyable couple of days in Newcastle. Apartments are very central and pubs, restaurants within easy walking distance. Very comfortable and clean. There are stairs to all apartments and we got a parking space in the car park at the seafront which was a few minutes walk away. The living area was very spacious with cooking, dining and seating areas. The bed was a bit awkward to access as bedroom is narrow but it was very comfortable. It can be quite noisy from traffic and pedestrian crossing if...

"The best rental place we have ever stayed in! Everything and more was provided and all top quality, definitely a home from home. Janet is an excellent host and couldn’t do enough for us the welcome gift was a lovely touch. The views are to die for and even with the not so good Irish weather we still managed to do so much. "We stayed for two nights with our two young kids! The view from the bay is just stunning and the apartment is just perfect! There was everything you could possibly need and the shower was amazing especially after a trek in the mournes. Tanya was very welcoming and left a lovely bottle of wine and some buns on our arrival! "What a wonderful location! The home was clean and right on the water. Great to wake up and see the sea, then walk about in this nice town. We had it all with grocery and restaurants in walking distance, and so nice to have washer and dryer at the last days of our month long vacation! "We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring...
