"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. "Wonderful hotel with great amenities, including access to the swimming pool and a complimentary buffet breakfast. It's in a lovely location, right on the banks of Lake Bled. We opted for a "Park View" rather than a "Lake View", which meant our balcony was overlooking the car park and the road, so was a little noisy during the day. Next time we would pay the extra for a lake view. Despite that, we loved our stay and would absolutely return to this hotel. "
