Nice and well kept apartment! Very clean and very complete. We were a family of five, kids aged 6, 5 and 1 and were traveling from our holiday in Italy to our home in the Netherlands. Just for one night. The city centre was close and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. All in all, good location.

Nice and cozy attic style apartment, the kitchen is equipped with literally everything you would need. Only thing is that it's on the top floor (probably 5th) and there's no elevator so you might wanna consider that.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Dachgeschosslage erfordert zwar ein paar Treppenstufen, aber für uns als sportliche Gäste war das kein Problem.

A family holiday base to explore Baden Baden
We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry arrangements.

Nice place but a bit misleading
The property was very nice and very clean. Location was great. Views from the skylights were amazing. However, the property is listed as 2 bedrooms with pictures that indicate that, yet the actual layout is 1 bedroom with a converted couch in the living room (shown differently in 2 different pics). Also, the listing does not tell you that the washer & dryer are coin operated. Lastly, the "balcony" is actually a skylight in the living room (which, again, is actually the 2nd bedroom). The host was very responsive and pleasant. Overall, a great place that is probably a better fit for 1-2 people.

Toll, modern, unkompliziert
Bei Kaiserwetter empfing uns die Barockstadt Rastatt. Zuvor war die Buchung, die Kommunikation vor Reiseantritt mit Gastgeber Benoit und der Checkin unkompliziert. Eine moderne, saubere Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, war für ein paar Tage unsere "Heimat". Rastatt selbst hat einiges zu bieten und ist zudem ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für weitere Unternehmungen in Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Baden Baden usw.. Benoit ist ein herzlicher, umsichtiger Gastgeber. Fahrräder standen uns auch zur Verfügung. Wir kamen aufgrund der Kürze der Zeit nur leider nicht dazu sie zu nutzen. Danke für diese Urlaubsmöglichkeit und alles Gute.

Schöne Wohnung und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Und es gab einen Parkplatz zur Wohnung👍 Von der Wohnung konnte man alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Tolle saubere und gemütliches Dachgeschosswohnung
Als wir dort ankamen, erwartete uns eine schöne warme Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und allem was man so benötigt. Die Wohnung liebt sehr zentral und es gibt viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenhalt.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet Modern und sehr lichtdurchflutet Selbst das Bad hat Tageslicht - durch Oberlicht - Sehr schnelles Internet zur Verfügung Die Altstadt ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr freundlich und sehr u kompliziert Wie den guten Bildern zu entnehmen hat die Wohnung viele Dachschrägen - für Menschen mit 170cm kein Problem größere müssen aufpassen 😊😉
