"Good location, walking distance to most major sights. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is pretty good except sometimes slow to refill items that ran out. Would be nice to provide ice. Construction going on, with scarf folding all over the place, inside and out, lots of debris on balcony, therefore, unable to step out for fresh air."

"Great property! Breakfast was delicious! The pool was unfortunately closed during our stay, but overall great hotel that is a 15 min drive from downtown Florence. We had our own car and were able to park on site."

"One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in. The city is lovely, but the villa is truly enchanting. Incredible staff and attention to detail you don’t need to leave the property to eat an amazing meal they have it all in one location. I would travel thousands of miles again just to do this for longer stay. Heaven on earth. "

"Had a great 3 night stay for a work trip. Location is great only a few minutes walk from the station. Easy walk to most central attractions and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable but very small, and the shower tiny! Everything functional but small! Double room was a good size for one person but would have been a squeeze for a couple. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"

"The Hotel Minerva is one of my favorite places we stayed while touring Italy. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and enormous compared to most of the cities we visited, and it was only a 5ish minute cab ride to the train station. Close enough to the historical center that you can get to the churches and Medici fortress within 30-45 minutes at a leisurely pace. The included breakfast had many options, and I would recommend heading downstairs to the restaurant for at least one of your meals while in Arezzo though you may want to set a reservation during peak travel season since it seems many locals also enjoy the restaurant. Will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Arezzo in the future."

Just great one night

"Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice. "

Beautiful property

"We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience."
