"We stayed 3 days at the Trixi Park and we were lucky that the weather was glorious and hot. The swimming lake is excellent and the kids loved the slide and diving boards. The indoor swimming pool is equally and the associated climbing center really challenged the kids in a positive sense. The house was frankly excellent. "Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...
