"Villa Parri is a beautiful well-preserved villa with amazing architecture and lovely surroundings. So friendly and helpful at the front reception. Great suggestions and helped us with the best places to park and see. It is off the beaten path so, with the exception of the amazing restaurant onsite, you have to drive to go anywhere. Of course the trade off is a small piece of serenity and quiet in a stunning villa."

"Dragodena is a pastoral paradise! My children foraged ripe cherries and wildflowers from the surrounding hillsides. The house was gorgeous, peaceful, with an ancient elegance, and with beautiful layers of its former lives left open to the discoverer. A truly magical experience."

"We enjoyed our stay in this charming and updated farmhouse. Our host Alvaro was helpful and communicated very promptly and clearly. Some things it's important to know about the property: 1. The roads leading in are very winding, 1-lane (2-way) roads and can be challenging especially at night. You have to execute an uphill 3-point turn to get into the driveway. If you are not comfortable with this kind of driving, it's not a good fit for you. 2. Driving into Florence is pretty easy, but takes...

"We found the property to be very well equipped, had everything you’d need or expect from a holiday apartment, the lounge, bedroom and bathroom were all of a good size and very comfortable, our only criticism would be the kitchen area would benefit from an additional electric socket."

"First off, the host, Barbara, is so nice and accommodating. She really cares about your stay and treats you well with her warm hospitality. The setting is so very peaceful after a bustling day in Florence. Just sit back and relax on the patio and take in the beautiful scenery all around you. The kitchen is well equipped which was important to me. If there is something you might need, Barbra will kindly try to accommodate. We stayed for 10 days and loved our time here. Thank you Barbara! "Good accommodation right on the hiking trail "Via Degli Dei" - Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Good beds with nice cotton sheets and hot water in the shower. Dinner and breakfast were ok, but a bit too expensive for what it was. The same with the packed lunches, which we bought extra."

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. "

"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "
