"We all enjoyed our stay. The area is very quiet, and on reflection a bit too quiet for us but would suit people looking to get away from it. The view from the garden is fantastic. The kids loved the pool and especially the tree house. The childrens room was absolutely fine for them and great to have a bath. House was.comfortable, lovely big sofa. "Our extended family group (2 families + grandparent+visiting friends) had a fabulous stay at Martin's holiday home. The children in our group loved the pool and spent hours in it, while the adults especially enjoyed breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful garden, all accompanied by the sound of fresh running water from the mountains. The many bedrooms are lovely and comfortable, the kitchen is large and a joy to cook in, and, again, the garden is idyllic. Martin himself is a fantastic host, kind...

"This house and location is one of a kind. It is a magnificent place to stay, and the location - although pretty rural - is also amazing. You are right at a vineyard, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, quiet, serene. The photos of the house and surrounding areas to not do it justice! There was 10 of us in our family group and we all had a lot of space for ourselves, and the common areas for us to gather were relaxing, and really nice to hang out. "Lovely house, pictures are not completely accurate. Owner does only speak french, which didn't bother us, but just be aware. Everythin was lovely and Nadine was perfectly hospitable. I will say France sweet villas weren't as on the ball as they should be. I asked multiple times to confirm the comfort kits and we were told it was done, however, when we got there, the lovely lady told us no one had communicated this to her, she was very apologetic and helpful."

"The villa was very clean, very well equipped and perfect for our stay.....the pool was a great size for our group of four. The only negative was that we experienced very low water pressure during our stay which impacted the bathrooms and made showering sometimes a little challenging. The Commune of Durban is a lovely village and had a useful local Supermarket with Bakery and a really nice Bar / Restaurant ( Chez Prano). We had to travel a little distance in the evening to visit other restaurants...
