Villa Vanda is self standing house in countryside offering a magnificent atmosphere for the relaxing careless holiday.
The villa is surrounded by spacious (400m2) fenced garden and private swimming pool.
Located in greenery, oriented towards the sea, villa offers stunning sea view from the top floor.

The interior (170m2) of the villa is spacious and bright, tastefully and modern furnished. It features 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, kitchen with dining room and lower ground floor room with a pool table. The exterior offers beautiful space for relaxation and cosy evening barbecue dinners.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hauseigentümer hat von Anfang an gepasst. Komplikationslose Hausübergabe. Wir bekamen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Das Haus selbst ist in Top Zustand, Sauberkeit ist mehr als gegeben und der Billardtisch und Wutzler im Keller sind top. Die Hausrückgabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir haben die Tage und Nächte sehr genossen. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub
Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen und sehr schön. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Nachbarort sowie in Labin. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und haben sich umgehend um alle Angelegenheiten gekümmert. Wir können das Objekt daher sehr empfehlen. Aufgrund der Raumaufteilung ist das Haus sowohl für Familien als auch für Freunde geeignet. Im Nachbarort ist auch ein schöner Strand, der für Kinder sehr geeignet ist.
