Short Stay
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The management even gave me a complementary dish of fruit and soft drinks. Immediately on arrival I was given a glass of orange juice which was most welcome. The room was very nicely furnished and the décor was stylish and tasteful. The hotel was easy to find by following the signs for the Hilton Spa hotel. I found the experience most enjoyable and relaxing.

Excellent service & value for money
We've just had an overnight stay for the RAK half marathon and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us and support all the runners. At the last minute, they provided a free shuttle to and from the race and the lovely driver even gave out water to the runners. The (very reasonably-priced) dinner buffet was just right pre-race and very kid-friendly. The suite was extremely comfortable and well-equipped and any extra requests were immediately dealt with. I would highly recommend this hotel for good value family holidays, and definitely for staying for the RAK half marathon as it's pretty close to the start/finish.

Highly Disappointing!!
We picked up a room at this hotel for our 1st wedding anniversary. We have stayed in many hotels and resorts before and as far as I can say this stay was quite disappointing. The room was extremely spacious and the room service was quick and pleasant. The hotel staff was friendly but they couldn't understand english and it was difficult for us to understand them as well. The food served here was not so great. They have very limited choices on the menu and to top it, extremely tasteless. The buffet breakfast too had very limited choices for a very high price and beware of the services charges which they will not mention and you'll only get to know of the same in your final bill. My husband and I decided to try out their spa as the stay was so disappointing, but there was only one masseuse available. So we asked the hotel staff if they could extend our checkout as there was only one masseuse available and even this request was turned down. Their spa opened only 11.30am and we were expected to checkout at 12. The hotel is a little difficult to locate.

New hotel away from city
Overall impression is good. Friendly staff most of them were trainee though. The in-room dining menu was useless, did not have anything, we got a new one to use during our stay. The pakistani restaurant in the hotel is very good, it was too spicy for children and the peshawar green tea was hot water with a lipton tea bag. That was dissapointing, it ruined the night after a great dinner. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, it was very nice, clean, I can say almost brand new and the kitchen has everything to cook/eat.

Ett litet fint nybyggt hotell mitt emot Hilton Resort. Fin rymlig lägenhet. Fantastisk personal , framförallt killarna på housekeeping. Bra uppvärmd pool. De ordnade biljetter till Iceland Waterpark mycket billigare! Vi bor där igen nästa år!Det ända lilla minuset var att sängen var för hård för min smak men allt annat var så bra!

We visited family in RAK and chose a hotel close to the beach and sea. The room was great, especially because there was a kitchen and living room going with it. Very nice staff in the hotel and pool, and thanks to the staff for staying in the pool while we were already checked out! Tip: maybe the hotel can make a deal with Hilton on the other side of the road so that the guests can use Hilton's facilities for the beach (the public beach was rather disappointing).
