"Sehr netter Empfang im Hotel. Wohnung zwar mit Blick auf den See über das riesige Gebäude nebenan, aber mit Mängeln: die angegebenen zwei Schlafzimmer gab es nicht, nur drei Stühle bei vier Personen, schlechtes Licht und die Dusche war oft kalt oder ganz aus. Schade denn eigentlich ist die Wohnung sehr schön."

"+ Apartments sind schön und verfügen über eine tolle Aussicht - angekommen erhielten wir erst mal ein falsches Apartment mit nur einem Schlafzimmer. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption und dem Nachweis (Screenshot) wurde uns nach einer weiteren längeren Wartezeit ein anderes Apartment zugesagt. Im 9. Monat schwanger mit Gepäck und Kleinkind irrten wir dann ohne näherer Beschreibung durch unterirdische Gänge und Tiefgaragen auf der Suche nach dem anderen Zimmer.
