"This top floor apartment had lovely views of the town and was in a perfect location for not only the town but in addition the beaches and Marina. The pool area was not overly busy and was quiet and secluded with pleasant lawns , trees and plants. The apartment itself was sufficiently roomy for the 3 of us with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Helpfully there were essential items left in the kitchen such as herbs, oils and spices as well as spare toiletries in the bathrooms....

"This spacious, comfortable apartment is filled with light and a joy to return to from exploring the Algarve. The location at the top of the Main Street and right at Golfland roundabout makes it so easy to go to local grocery stores, restaurants and shops as well as heading out of Alvor. "This condo was spacious and well maintained. It has a huge patio where we sat each afternoon enjoying a nice glass of wine. It was extremely comfortable throughout the condo and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Joaquim was a good host and we had no difficulties during our stay. The small condominium is beautifully maintained and mainly occupied by long term residents making it a very quiet and safe oasis. Communication with Sandra the owner is excellent. "My friends and I had the best time at this property! It was clean and had such a nice view. This property had an enormous pool with a fantastic view, along with a little restaurant/bistro and bar on site. We took a short walk to an amazing beach and short distance to Old Town that has so many great restaurants, bars and shops. Our hosts also recommended a fantastic restaurant along the boardwalk. Definitely recommend :)!!"

"The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. The host was great! Helena kept in contact with us and came to visit us to check that we were happy. If you’re planning on staying here with the intention to travel to surrounding areas I’d advise you to rent a car. Getting a cab can be quite difficult at times. Other than that, this place is perfect!"

"From making the booking Vitor was always at hand to answer any questions. 3 Days prior to us arriving Stela & Monica were amazing, again always on hand to answer any questions and to recommend places to visit and eat. "Een vreemde start, omdat de eigenaar ons nog niet verwacht had op die dag. Gelukkig werd het snel geregeld door tussenkomst van VRBO, het appartement werd haastig schoongemaakt waar we bij stonden. Dat liet nog wel wat te wensen over, hier kunnen wij geen 5 sterren voor geven. De locatie en het appartement waren prima, het enige wat we ongemakkelijk vonden, was dat er veel spullen van de eigenaar stonden in keuken en badkamer.Misschien omdat hij ons nog niet verwacht had."

"We really enjoyed our stay at João property it is in a great location near to the beach with shops and restaurants closeby it gets busy for parking in the daytime but I always found a space later when finished for the day, the condo was really nice, clean with all facilities and comfy beds the pool was great for a morning swim no one turns up until 10:30 so we had it to ourselves! The air con was a much needed extra with the heat getting upto near 40deg, all messages to João were answered...
