No food except a wonderful breakfast in the AM, so come prepared or eat near the beach area. "When I see near perfect online reviews, I’m sometimes suspicious if they’re ‘real’ reviews. But after staying here I’m wondering why everyone didn’t give perfect reviews. “Wow!” This property is beautiful! The location, property, rooms, and service were all outstanding. "Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

"What a beautiful place to stay! Signore Pardi is very gracious and always answered my texts quickly. The Villa where the reception is and the breakfast room are lovely and have beautiful pictures of the family. Maria who greeted us was very sweet as was the lovely Signora who prepared our breakfast. "Lovely property in a beautiful setting. Owner very friendly and helpful. Location is rural but within minutes plenty of stores, pizzerias etc and towns and villages to explore. Everything you need is in the property. We was lucky enough to stay in the main farm house, which is full of old charm, well decorated rooms in keeping with the restored property. "A creatively restored farmhouse, comfortable and stylish. Set in a secluded but not totally isolated very scenic location. It caught both the sun and the breeze and the temperature was always pleasant. "The host family is kind and generous. They worked very hard to make us feel welcome. Our room was lovely with twin beds made up as a king; it had a bunk bed that we did not use. As in most of the places we stayed, wifi was slow; I used my cell phone data instead. Their breakfast was wonderful, with way too much delicious food, served in a lovely setting."
