The rental was exactly as described. If anyone is going to the Black Hills for vacation, rent this unit if available. You will not be disappointed. It is centrally located to all the sightseeing in the area.

This was a great place to stay with my boys. It is away from Keystone and all the people, but close enough for you to visit everything near Mt. Rushmore.

Amazing stay
This property was truly a home away from home. Perfect location with tons of wildlife, great amenities, spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool. Would highly recommend!!

Great neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay. The pool table was a hit with my 18 and 11 year old sons. We liked seeing the deer outside the door and all over the neighborhood. We took advantage of the community pool and basketball. The property provided everthing we needed and was very quiet and clean.

Spacious and roomy, great place, would stay again…might be a little hard to cook all of your meals there because the cooktop/oven are countertop units but would be doable. Great communication, comfy beds, nice shower…would definitely stay again. We saw 9 deer when we entered the subdivision and those same deer walked right by our patio door the next morning.

Wonderful location. In a small community, but very private.
This house is wonderful! Very nice furnishings with a great view. We saw deer out the patio door every day. Our boys had a great time playing pool and darts and exploring the hillside.

We stayed here for one night on a long family road trip. ( 2 adults, 2 children ages 6). It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the opportunity to do our laundry. The view out the living room window was great! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for our family South Dakota Trip!
My husband, daughter, dog and I loved it here! Beautiful back drop of the Black Hills. Convenient location for the tourists attractions, MT Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Custer State Park. Ryan was so friendly and communicated quickly if we needed anything. The neighborhood pool was perfect to cool off in when we got back. We would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location and property
The rental was clean, well organized, and stocked well with all the essentials needed, which was really appreciated for a 3 week stay. Ryan was quick in responding to any questions we had....such as streaming and needing propane for the grill. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive into Rapid. We highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time. Location was not to far from many things to do. We had deer in the yard each morning. My grandson loved the pool table. Beautiful place, beautiful setting. We all had a great vacation.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The views from the back were spectacular. The home was very welcoming. It seems to be in an ideal location to get to all the attractions. We especially enjoyed the visits from the deer every morning and evening. The home was also ideal for my 87 yr old mother. Easy to get into the property.

views are stunning & the place is quite nice
It was an excellent place to stay, not too far from the sites we wanted to see. Good wifi, spacious bedrooms, good shower & good kitchen for what we needed. The owner was always responsive. Our GPS wasn't too good--once you are on the road you have to go around the complex. Our GPS just bailed on us. Highly recommend this location!

Lovely Property
This property was perfect for our family. My husband and I took our two young grandsons. It was extremely clean and comfy. We enjoyed the pool table, and dart board. The location is great to see all the attractions. Ryan also was great! Responded immediately to any of our questions or requests . The property is truly lovely. Beautiful view with a lot of wildlife. It’s a gorgeous property with beautiful nature. You can see different wildlife. Friendly place for small kids. Only negative is you can’t control ac and heat. It was freezing at night. Overall i will come back at hot summer.

Awesome Accommodation
This split level duplex was large in size for my family of five and two pups. Loved the grill, outdoor view, pool, basketball court, tennis court and all the small touches that the owner included. Everything was clean, had a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, fan, games for the kids and even treats on the counter. Easily accessible and about 60 minutes from Mt. Rushmore, but closer to Lake Sheridan where we rented a boat. Spent four days here and we loved it!

Spectacular View
The place is clean with a fabulous view. The host left us with coffee bar and breakfast muffins and danish. That was a nice touch. We were under the impression we were staying in a guest house, but it was more like a downstairs apartment. But none the less, it was clean, had all the ammenities we needed. And the view was a bonus!
