We recently updated this beautiful home to have a mid-century modern meets boho design. This adorable little home is cozy, peaceful & so inviting. The location of this home is central for all of your Black Hills adventures with easy access to tourist attractions or visiting downtown to enjoy one of our many amazing, local restaurants. You have a beautiful backyard lined with lilac bushes and tall, mature trees overhead. New appliances in the beautiful kitchen, cozy furniture & decor to make a perfect, comfortable & welcoming retreat.

Great Location!
This property was a great place for our family of 4. In a quiet neighborhood and close to the many sites in Rapid City. Host was easy to contact and it was up to date and super cute. We would stay here again!

Quaint, charming, quiet
We love our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well-appointed with necessities in both the kitchen and bathroom. The decor was appealing, and the backyard was so charming. We spent one day just relaxing at the house and most of that day we were outside. The neighborhood was very quiet and well-located, close to many restaurants and downtown.

Quiet hideaway in Rapid City
This was a great place to stay in Rapid City while visiting family. So much of the city is close to one of our major roads, packed with noisy RVs and motorcycles. Having a spot in a quiet neighborhood, where we could sit out on the yard with family was great, and everything in the house was comfortable despite fluctuating weather conditions. There was some occasional noise from air ambulances heading to the hospital, but it was a great place to rest between family visits and jaunts into the Black Hills.

Perfect
Perfect place, wonderful location. Just outside of the city, so easy to get where you are going but quiet enough to get away from it all. Clean home, with all the amenities you can think of. Communication with the hosts was always super prompt and they were so helpful! We loved this place, and are already planning another trip and hopefully it will be available for that trip as well.

Girls trip
Rapid City was the first stop on our trip and you set the bar high for the other rentals. Your house is so cute, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is exactly as the photos show. We had everything we needed and would definitely rent again when we are back in the area.

Had a great time staying here. The house had everything we needed, with a great back yard to enjoy between adventures. The location is great for heading out into the Black Hills or hitting the town. It was perfect for us.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house is neat and tidy. Jess and Kane have thought about everything to make your stay perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and close to stores. Highly recommend!

Recently remodeled house, great location and furnishings
We were in Rapid City for a softball tournament and the house was a perfect spot. My teenager had her own space, there was a new washing machine for uniforms, A/C, new appliances, etc. Kitchen was well equipped as well and Jessica was extremely hospitable and responsive to questions. The decor was awesome and there was a great workspace in the house as well. I would stay again.
