The upper level includes two rooms with queen size beds, a master bedroom with large walk-in closet, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The lower levels include a large family room with the 2nd TV, 2 more bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. There is also a game/office room with games, office/gaming desk with an additional loft bed for maximum sleeping flexibility. Games are provided for everyone to enjoy (Klask, Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.)

Due to owner allergies, pets/animals are NOT allowed on the property, inside or out, at any time. Guests who bring pets/animals in violation of house rules will be financially responsible for all sanitization that is required post-stay to eliminate allergens.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking anywhere on the property may result in $500 cleaning fee to deodorize the home.

NO PARTIES
No parties are permitted on the premises.

Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
