Our spacious, family-friendly home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of room for large or medium-sized groups. With fast Wi-Fi for streaming, a 55" smart TV in the living room, and a smart TV in the master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, our home is designed for comfort and convenience. Guests can choose from a variety of bed types, including two soft beds and one firm bed, and enjoy the ease of self-check-in with the added reassurance that we’re just a few minutes away if needed.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and features a large, fenced-in backyard, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. The outdoor space is ideal for relaxing with a firepit, patio chairs, and a charcoal grill for cooking your favorite meals. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dining essentials, along with a 6-person dining table for group meals.
Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the master bedroom (complete with a smart TV and en suite bathroom), queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a futon in the upstairs room that converts into a full bed. We also provide a Pack 'n Play for little ones.
For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, and essential amenities such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. All sheets are crisp, 100% cotton, and bath towels are thick and luxurious. Parking is a breeze, with access to a 2-car garage available upon request.
Between each guest's stay, our dedicated team diligently cleans and prepares the property for your arrival. We take the utmost care to ensure every surface is immaculate and that all linens are crisp and fresh.

Reminder: Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours 8am-5pm.
Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules
1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
4. Follow state laws when using fire pit
5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
7. For noise complaints
7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
7.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
8. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.
*Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
