Unfolded sleeper sofa to find that previous guests linens and garbage had been folded into sofa and not checked or cleaned. Upon calling the front desk, received an apology and was told I could come down and get new sheets. Appears room was not vacuumed, or vacuumed very poorly.
Always love staying here. I received bad customer service at my last visit but this time it was excellent. I did not see the worker there that was unfriendly this time. All was great, staff was helpful as usual and friendly. I recommend this place for travelers.
