"Le logement est très agréable, bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre de St Florent (même si une voiture est indispensable), bien équipé, propre. L'accueil de la part de la propriétaire des lieux a été excellent, et les quelques petits soucis que nous avons eus (panne de Wi-fi et jardinier incompétent) ont été réglés très rapidement. Nous avons même eu de l'aide pour monter et descendre les valises, ce qui a été très appréciable ! Merci pour tout !"

However, having booked the top floor apartment specifically for seaviews, the owner contacted us just days before our arrival to say that he had double booked us. "We found everything we needed for two and enjoyed the large terasse. We had a car which made it much easier to get to: local quiet beaches; Calvi; evening concerts in hilltop villages; and mountain walks. Would be difficult without a car I think, especially out of high season July/Aug when the trains run more often. Friendly host family, good daily market in the town, supermarkets walkable, lots of restaurants."

"This appartment is really special . It is in a remote mountain village , which adds to the charm . For great value you have 5 star swimming pool, spectacular views from the front windows of the whole bay , and all with the charm of a quiet mountain village location . The caretaker is present and helpful and kind. Lots to do for mountain walkers and cyclists . Grocery stores are harder to find and there’s none in the village , but the hotel and restaurants next door were great for local food...

"The concierge Mohhmed was fantastic!! He made the stay great. The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was very clean. A great location after a long day! The internet was terrible. I'm not sure if it was the location or the router and equipment, but if your world revolves around the internet this will not be for you. The other issue was that the beds were extremely hard. Not very firm, but very hard. If these two things are not an issue for you then this is the perfect place near Ile Rousse!"

"The place has a wonderful deck with a dining table and lounging furniture to enjoy the magnificent ocean views. The views are also awesome from the living space and the bedrooms, a wonderful base to explore Cap Corse. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was good to use. Loved it. Make sure you're agile, the staircase to the bedrooms does not have a hand rail and the roads around are gorgeous to walk about and enjoy the flowers, but steep and winding :)"
