"We had a late check-in around 10pm. The lobby was closed but the had a window for check-in. Although i understand the safety aspect im not digging having to stand outside in the cold during that process. Room was nice and comfortable but whoever had the bright idea to put the mattress on a sheet metal base that crinkled and popped every time you rolled over obviously didn’t sleep on it for a night."

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
