Grab some friends and family and stay at my home as base camp for all your adventures. Located halfway between Saddleback Mountain and downtown Rangeley. Large mudroom for all your gear and heated floors throughout to warm those toes after a long day on the slopes. Enjoy amazing sunsets and views of Spotted mountain from the deck, living room or catwalk. Plenty of parking for power sports enthusiasts and you can ride right from home. High end mattresses and blackout curtains for a great night sleep. Quiet neighborhood with a great home town feel! The home is a duplex with a basement unit that has its own entrance and is closed off from the rental property and sound proofed to ensure utmost privacy
