"Lady on reception when arrived was lovely, the lady on saturday and sunday morning was not even friendly, like she didn't want to be there and when we asked for more bread as this had run out at breakfast, its like it was too much trouble for her and she was miserable. Location was good 5 mins to train/bus station and about 10 mins to the centre. Bathroom was dirty, room was basic but ok and window opened wide, which was good. "The hotel is in an ideal location however it needs a complete renovation The rooms are tired and dated and the en-suite was un workable, the shower cubicle door was broken and wouldn’t close. The complementary toiletries were 3 sachets of shampoo which wasn’t adequate for a shower. We feel that the price advertised was extortionate for the facilities we had.
