Relax in this inviting 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1,200 square foot getaway for a month or more located on the best lot in the Mission Hills Hacienda's with an amazing lake and mountain view.

The entry is open and inviting, and then once inside you will find that this newly remodeled and decorated single story condo feels like a home away from home. The entire condo is paved with hand chiseled travertine, and the cathedral ceilings give you an open and spacious feeling throughout the condo. Believe it or not, the two car garage also has the chiseled travertine floor. There is garage parking for one car due to the golf cart, but there are also several parking spaces adjacent to the garage.

The air conditioning ducts have been exposed to give the condo a unique industrial look, and the distressed barn doors add to the ambiance. There are brand new remote controlled ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom. There are also six sky lights in the condo, which provide plenty of natural light.

Enjoy the generously sized kitchen with high end appliances and stocked with all the tools you need to prepare and serve a delicious meal. Or if you prefer to cook outdoors, there is a high end natural gas built in BBQ on the patio with comfortable seating to rest in and watch the sunset while you grill. You can eat casually on the bar stools at the kitchen counter or in the dining area, seating 8, or even head out to the beautiful patio where there is a great dining area for 4 as well as a beautiful casual seating area for five around the fire pit table.

There are also two comfortable lounge chairs for soaking in the warmth of the sun. The views of the lake and the glorious mountains are incredible from the patio. The condo is equipped with high speed WIFI access throughout the home and patio, so you can share the awesome sunsets with your Facebook friends. In the event you need to do some work there is an office space in the master bedroom with a computer monitor where you can connect your laptop and a wireless printer.

There is a book shelf in the bedroom full of choices for your reading pleasure. Feel free to take the book with you, if you haven’t finished reading it by the end of your stay!

The living room features a 60" flat screen smart TV, so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and/or Amazon accounts, etc, and not miss your favorite shows. There is also a Bluetooth compatible Bose Speaker with built in surround sound speakers. There is also a nice gas fire place for ambiance or for warmth. For the musician, or want to be musician, there is also a nice acoustic guitar for you to play or just play around with.

Feeling a little tired? Relax in your master suite with a super comfortable California king size bed under a ceiling fan, and a 42' flat screen TV for late night shows. Your master bathroom looks like a spa, with a glass sink and a large walk in shower with two shower heads, one wall mounted and the other an overhead rain shower head. The shower is encased in hand chiseled travertine and a glass block wall. There is plenty of storage space in the bathroom as well as two door massive closets with mirrored doors for your wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, towels, ironing board, iron, etc.

Feel like taking a swim? The gated community pool and spa are just a few steps away, which makes for easy trips back to the condo for forgotten items, lunch, drinks or anything you can think of.

Need a little exercise? There are two cruiser bikes provided for your use, or take a nice walk or jog around the flat Mission Hills community.

If you like to play golf, there are over 100 courses in Palm Desert with many being public access. Take advantage of our super cool golf cart to cruise around Mission Hills estates.

End your day relaxing on the massive patio and enjoy the lake and mountain view, and the incredible sunsets. The patio has powered awnings to shield you from the sun and a fire pit to warm you up at night.
