Located on a beautiful golf course destination spanning over 360 acres located in the serenity of Rancho Mirage, the opportunities to renew and play are infinite. Close to you is an array of restaurants featuring a wide variety of cuisine, cultural, historical, shopping and outdoor adventures. All units are managed and maintained by the Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas.
Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the Westin Mission Hills Villas main lobby front desk using their designated confirmation number. Resort fees apply. Guests will have full access to resort amenities.

Westin bad customer service

1. Horrible time upon check in took longer and I kept giving us a hard time to check in everyone needs to be on the check in line even though it’s just my fiancé and I and and then assigned us a room with less amenities no attacked bbq patio fyi 2. No housecleaning although you pay cleaning fees 3. Toilet instantly clogged 4. Bad restaurant service they messed up our order and then asked for the food back that was “extra” but didn’t bother to correct the wrong meal they sent out
