"sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer schlicht und sauber, Frühstück alles übliche da, aber jeden Tag das Gleiche, Parkplätze zu wenig vorhanden, Außenanlage ungepflegt, überall kleinere Mängel am Haus und in den Zimmern (Fliesenfugen, Möbelschubladen, Holzwände) für den Preis kann man aber darüber hinwegsehen. Ist ja nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken :-)"

Am Tag unserer Anreise wurde wir mittags erst darüber informiert, dass es eine Doppelbuchung gab und wir diese Nacht nicht dort verbringen können. Es wurde uns eine alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vermittelt, die jedoch minderwertiger und recht teuer war, also auch keine zufriedenstellende Alternative. "Wir buchten das Hotel für eine Übernachtung. Und sind sehr mit dem Angebot zu Frieden gewesen. Fehler meinerseits wurden kompetent zusammen behoben. Das Personal war steht’s freundlich und besonders hat uns der Charm des ganzen Hotels angetan. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsküchen Bereich der sehr einläd sich nur schnell beim Bäcker etwas zu holen dort noch zu Frühstücken. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und die Betten bequem. Immer wieder gerne :) "

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."
