"My family and I have stayed at this property in downtown Minnesota two times now and it has been wonderful each time. It's a great neighborhood and very walkable with lots to do. The apartments are always very clean, spacious and have a pretty view. The property manager, Jerry, was especially kind and considerate before/during our stay. He was always available to help with any questions and concerns. We really appreciate his time and his understanding!! "

"The place is an upstairs apartment on a two story house. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. It has a nice sized bathroom, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a kitchen modestly supplied with a fridge, an electric stove, a small microwave and a coffee maker.
