In the district of Obere Leiten 3 km from the centre of Ramsau, 6 km from the centre of Schladming, 11 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, in an elevated position in the residential district, along the wooded area, 6 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: garden 700 m2 with lawn and trees. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Ramsau Leiten Neuwirth" 1 km, railway station "Schladming" 6.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Ramsau" 6 km. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Panoramic view of the mountains, the forest and Planai. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Schönes Haus
Das Haus liegt sehr schön., tolle Aussicht auf die Planai . Das einzigste was andere wissen müssten wäre das in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein Beagle Züchter ist und das ein Hostel ebenfalls dort ist. Ansonsten war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Drr Vermieter ist sehr nett, schade nur das es immer noch nicht eine Dachsteinsommercard zu dem Haus gibt.

Ubytování je na krásném a klidném místě v Ramsau. Zařízení uvnitř objektu je starší, ale funkční. Moc jsme si to s přáteli užili.Některá zařízení v kuchyni a v koupelně by zasloužila drobnou údržbu. Jinak vše v pořádku. Od objektu je hodně výchozích tras na výlety.

Schöne Lage
Tolle Lage. Töpfe waren nicht verwendtbar wegen eingebranten Essensreste und fehlende Griffe. Es fehlten große Schüsseln für Essen von 7 Personen. Die Räume waren schon längr nicht von Staub und Spinnweben befreit. Ein Schlafraum im Keller war mit Schimmel befallen. Waschbecken hatten einen Sprung. Wasserhähne tropften. Mussten eine Pfanne kaufen um in einer sauberen Pfanne Essen zubereiten zu können. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Leider keine Behebung der Mängel während unseres Aufenthaltes.

Es lohnt sich wieder zu kommen
Sehr gemütlich im Wohn und Essbereich, sehr schöne Aussicht. Sehr angenehm, dass es reichlich Duschgelegenheiten, Badewanne und WCs gibt. Schöne Schlafzimmerimmer oben, nicht so toll ist ,dass Schlafräume im Keller sind. Die Sauna sehr gut.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängel
Der Ausblick vom Haus ist wünderschön ( auf die Planai bzw. auf der anderen Seite der Dahstein ). was in der Beschreibung nicht fehlen sollte, ist das als direkte Nachbarn ein Beagle Züchter und ein Jugenghotel sind. Die Beagle machen schon am frühen morgen mächtig krawall. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet, sollte aber ein bißchen verbessert werden. Einige Mängel sind vorhanden, z.B. kann man die Saunatür nicht schließen, da sich das ganze Saunafass verzogen hat. Plus einige andere Mängel.
