"we had a lovely time with Cecile and family. The house and its grounds are beautiful, quiet and with a lovely warm pool and play area for the kids. You will need a car to get about, although the peaceful location was why we picked here, and there are lots of picturesque villages and attractions within easy reach. Cecile and her husband are the best hosts I've ever met, going above and beyond for us given our complete hopelessness in knowing any french, helping us to learn some of the language as well as making every effort to ensure our stay was exceptional. Thoroughly recommend."

"We enjoyed our 5 days in Pascale's house immensely. Exceptionally clean, well equipped and ideally located for the bakery, beach, butchers, bars and restaurants. Great sea views, the binoculars were a nice touch. A great base for our exploration of the area and D-Day historical sites. Highly recommend and hopefully we will return one day. Thank you Pascale! "Great spot to stay if touring Normandy. Was nice to cook in the room vs eating out again. Close stroll to the harbor area, restaurants and grocery store. Really comfortable bed. I would stay again."

"We liked that it was part of Accuielle Velo. The dining room was not open but meal trays were offered. This was helpful because we were traveling by bike and the hotel is somewhat remote. The meals were simply small microwaveable dishes, plus some extras. Better than nothing but not worth 23 euros apiece! That is absurd for what we got. We have had other boxed meals in France that were far better. Breakfast was only 11.50 Euros apiece and much higher quality. The hosts were very nice but I recommend bringing your own food to microwave. "
