"The description said there was breakfast, private bathroom, kitchen, free water, and no curfew. None of this was provided or was true. They locked the gate at night and we were locked in till 9 am. This is a major fire safety hazard. The common area was being used as a restaurant. Guests were made to feel we were nuisance. I spoke with other guests that felt that the same way. "It is a very basic hotel, located in center of old city of Nazareth (difficult to drive, my warning). Many things are dated or even falling apart. But I still rate it as GOOD because of the receptionist who was so eager to help. He helped me to park on narrow street, and he bought breakfast for me and my wife. We were probably the only two people staying there, but he bought food (pretty good) more than enough for tour people. I was impressed by the hospitality."

"I enjoyed that the hotel was right on the beach and promenade. The place was clean and overlooked the ocean! We had some difficulties and the staff quickly resolved them. It was a little tricky to get into the apartment because the elevator needed a fob and we weren't told about that. There was one left in the room., so that was good. "
