Beautiful Farm House
We had a wonderful stay at the farm house. Our kids loved visiting the animals, playing games on the lawn and watching movies from the sofa sleeper on a rainy evening. We would highly recommend staying here! -T.B.

Truly a home away from home!
We LOVED staying at Dawn & Jamie’s Farmhouse!! Every single detail and all the decor was beautifully displayed and well thought out. Dawn was very communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay. A HUGE bonus was just how kid friendly this home is! Traveling with a 3 and 1 year old can be stressful but Dawn & Jamie were more than happy to provide a pack and play, toddler cot, stroller, and kids dinnerware for us which made our stay that much more relaxing and stress-free! The property was easy to find and we had a wonderful time, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful escape from the city
My husband and i live in the city and i really wanted a break from it, for my birthday. Prior to us checking in, dawn & Jamie, sent a list of things to do before check in (which really helped me enjoy the town before hand) of which we found the best sangria and pie in Julian. The hosts were awesome and the barn had such charm! We missed out on the goats but the chickens and ducks were so active and fun to feed. We ended our stay with some fresh eggs from their coop. It was such a nice and calming experience i can’t wait to go back.

Lovely place to stay and host a mini-reception!
My (now) wife and I needed somewhere to host a reception that made it possible to have guest from our wedding and maintain proper social distance. Dawn and Jamie's place was fantastic and they went well out of their way to help make the day special for us. They were very flexible, quick to respond, and all around great host! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a retreat outside the city and for small venues! Thanks again Dawn and Jamie for a fantastic weekend!

Parting Two Wishes Homestead was such sweet sorrow!
Everything from initial contact (pre-booking) until our last request were responded to very promptly and professionally. The owners, Jamie and Dawn, are very warm and friendly people and very hospitable hosts. The property is clean and gorgeous down to every last detail. My daughter and I have this on the top of our must-visit-again list.
