I did love the Westin. The restaurant on site was freaking amazing, probably the best calamari I’ve ever had. The only problem I had with this property was that there was mold in our shower, you could also tell that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the toilet to the shower which was very disappointing considering this is a newer property.

This property is average at best. It’s anything BUT luxury. Front desk staff were kind. The room was decent but did not give luxury. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better (I always bring cleaning supplies to clean my room so I wasn’t too upset). The toilet had a red stain under the seat but I cleaned it with my own bleach. There was hair all over the room and bathroom floor. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. There was a flashing light in our room that pointed directly to a hole in our curtains; very strange. Checkout was at 12pm but our key stopped working to our room at 11:54am while we were loading up or stuff. Other than that the interior of the property is nice but the hotel itself is mediocre.

I loved that there was a restaurant on the property, fitness facility is nice and clean with wonderful view. There is a roof top patio with a pool, closed for the season but looks like it would be very pleasant. Room Was spacious and comfortable.

We checked in for my birthday, the room was so hot, and the shower drain was clogged. We ordered Room service and our order was wrong. On check out day. The maid come knocking on the door 3 hours before check out time while we was still sleeping. Didnt know they would come on departure

The room was amazing but when it was time to sleep there was like a dripping water on a tin roof sound coming from somewhere and it was constant that I had to wear my AirPods to sleep. Overall the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in room 302. We certainly would go back. Hopefully they get that sound fixed.
