Summary:
Spacious private home, newly remodeled. With an open living area, dining table, fully updated kitchen and bathroom.

The Space:
With three bedrooms all equipped with their own smart TV, you are sure to feel at home! Very convenient to downtown Raleigh, Wake Med Hospital, NC State University and many other attractions. This house is nested in a quiet neighborhood located conveniently near many public transportation options.We happily allow up to two dogs but do have a pet fee.

Guest Access:
Guest's have access to the entire home, front and back yard and parking space for up to 4 cars. If you were to have more cars than that, please confirm with the host regarding additional guest parking space. We do have one owner's closet that stays locked.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the Worth Dale neighborhood of downtown Raleigh. We are minutes from The Alamo Drafthouse Movie theater, restaurants, shopping and convenient to grocery stores or convenience stores. As hosts we follow the town ordinances or quiet hours between 10 pm- 7 am. We ask that all guests are respectful of the neighbors and the house rules.

Modest house, but very clean
I was in communication with Molly and she was amazing, she was extremely accommodating with our needs (early check in) and last minute alterations. The property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The front yard is under construction but not too horrible to look at. Overall, i am very pleased with my stay and how nice and responsive the host was with us.

If you are looking for a small single family this one is a great stay!
I was staying in town for a wedding over a weekend and this place was perfect. It was clean and accurately reflected in the listing. Area was quiet. It is about a 10-12 minute drive to downtown. Molly was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would recommend!

Stay was not the best
The property was alright looking but when we got into the bed, the bed broke, then the handle on the sink broke off, the remote that was in the room my son was sleeping in didn’t work for that tv but it worked for the tv in the front room so my son never watched tv in there because we couldn’t find the remote, then I asked her for a later check out which was denied and when the people came to clean the house, she called the lady that owned the home and started being rude because we were still getting our things together and wasn’t moving fast enough for them..

Nice stay in a cozy home
Enjoyed this cozy home. Had all the basics and was convenient to all locations including NC State, downtown Raleigh and parks. Brought our two dogs and enjoyed walks in neighborhood. Yard was a bit unkempt (high grass and sticks) given early in spring and would’ve enjoyed yard more if grass had been cut. Lawn service came day before we left so didn’t get to enjoy outdoors as much. Would definitely stay again.

Great host
Molly is a great host; she is responsive and has put a lot of effort into the home. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and she was super great at getting back to us! Kitchen was great, new appliances, and bedding and bathroom clean and comfy. TVs in every room. Pros: Remodeled kitchen and home interior (beautifully done!), close proximity to Walnut Creek performance venue, driveable and close to downtown Raleigh, stores etc. Great stay also if looking for day trips to areas east of Raleigh, such as Kinston. Home is pet friendly. Cons: The neighborhood is a bit “up and coming”. Exterior of property/lot needs a bit of upkeep. Yard is not fenced. This stay is most ideal for adults or couples looking for a comfortable spot , or business travelers seeking proximity to Raleigh downtown. Things to know: Basic kitchen essentials provided. Yard is not fenced. A bit far for walkability but definitely driveable to downtown. All in all a great host, and would recommend for any adults with pets needing a comfortable place to stay.
