A great get away close to it all
The property is ideal if you want to visit NC State campus and downtown Raleigh. Great location to shops and restaurants in the Village District. A quick ride from I-40 to the property. Neighborhood was quiet and property was cozy. Had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Superb Location
We came to Raleigh with an agenda of things we wanted to do and we were surprised how this house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The house was super clean and nicely appointed. The beds had excellent mattresses and we slept like we were home. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo in fine location
This condominium was very clean and comfortable, and was appointed with everything that we needed. The AC kept the outside heat at bay, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well supplied. The immediate neighborhood is attractive and near all-things Raleigh. We will return when we are back in the area. An excellent rental!

This townhome was perfect for our trip to Raleigh. We walked to the Village, shopped and ate at nearby restaurants. It was close to PNC Arena where we attended a hockey game. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Location to campus, shopping, and restaurants was great. The house was perfect for 3 people. Good size bedrooms…love the layout …cozy quiet deck. Nice spot for morning coffee and late night cocktail May be back for graduation next spring!

Truly a home away from home
The hosts have thought of everything their guests might need. Comfortable beds, hot showers, easy kitchen set-up. Location is a walkable area for groceries, coffee, dining and shopping plus an easy drive for sightseeing in the Raleigh area. It’s great to have a parking space right outside the door and it’s nice to have the back deck to sit and relax. It’s our second time there we are already picking dates for next year.

Well-equipped condo in a great location
This unit is thoughtfully updated and well-furnished. Although it is convenient to roads leading to most places in central Raleigh, the condo is quiet and pleasant. Everything functioned well.

We had a super time in this tastefully renovated, upgraded, centrally located, charming, and comfortable apartment. The apartment was well appointed and immaculate. Our host's hospitality was great -- thoughtful tips that welcome guests. So glad we discovered this treasure. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectation
We went to Raleigh to check out the area and do a little exploring. This place was in a great location and easy access for driving or walking. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and we walked downtown. The landlord was easy to communicate with and information was provided in a timely manner. The place was super cute and clean.

MUCH Better than expected
Everything was new. Great kitchen in a small space. Spent every morning coffee and cocktail on the back deck. location is great. Walk to many restaurants and shops. Easy access to all major roads and interstates. We will be back in October.

Location, Location, and more…
While our host can’t be given credit for the 70-degree temperatures they can be credited with our ability to relax & enjoy those temperatures on the back deck. And our daily walks to the Village District for shopping and dining were so pleasant, too. We did a lot of sightseeing and most places were a 20-minute drive. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, great shower, and everything we needed for our two-week stay in a lovely townhome. We are going back next year!

Clean, comfy, well stocked and great location
Best friend and I loved walking the neighborhood, going to The Village, running around Raleigh via many through streets near us. Fletcher Park is a block away and was in bloom (April) and beautiful. Quiet neighborhood, nice furnishings and kitchen, comfy sofas to relax. Stairs are steep(bad knees, tiny kids?) but we were fine. And one parking space on site. We put one car in the next block as instructed without issue. Would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving weekend was great with the accommodations on St Mary’s street. Beds were very comfortable and everything very clean. Might want to check visitor parking while still daylight as spaces not clearly indicated in the dark. Our host tried helping but was hard to see. Not a deterrent to stay here again :) Thanks Stephen and Will!

Great Location
The townhome was exactly as described and more you can tell that the place was recently renovated, and the layout flows nicely. It is century located to NC State University, which was the reason for our visit but also close to the village district shopping area as well as any grocery stores and restaurants you would want. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs and was very timely with his responses. Would highly recommend and stay there again.
