Fantastic Home
This is probably one of the nicest homes we have stayed in while traveling for baseball tournaments and vacations. Beautiful furnishings and décor. Good layout with plenty of space. Located next to shopping centers and interstates. Host was great to work with as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Quite simply, the best we have encountered!
This home is in an excellent location and the host ensured all details were covered for our stay! To walk in and see a handwritten note with some treats and beverages was just the beginning. Each bathroom has all items you would need in case you forgot your own - so thoughtful and well stocked at every turn! Linens - beds - furnishing was all top notch! Thank you so much for a memorable and amazing stay!

We recently stayed for the second time while in town visiting my family, and everything was just as lovely as we remembered. My 5 year old even told me, when I asked what his favorite part of our trip was: “the house and playing card games.” Thank you Lori for another amazing stay.

NC State Parents Weekend
Lori was an amazing host and really knows how to make her guest feel special and at home. Amazing
Of all the places we have stayed the last eight years this was by far the best experience. Lori went out of her way both before we got there and while we were there to deliver a top notch service and experience. I would recommend to anyone to stay there.

We love this place!
First, as I’ve said before, Lori is an amazing host. The house is thoughtfully appointed with just about anything you might need. Second, this was our third time staying there. My whole family got in from a day of crazy holiday travel and all visibly relaxed. It’s still my son’s favourite part of the Triangle (though grandma and grandad are a close second).

Wonderful return visit
We love Lori’s house in Cary. This is the second time we have stayed here. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of places for my husband and I to go for walks in the beautiful NC weather. The house is well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The beds are very comfortable. The house is very cozy. Lori checked in with us via text on several occasions, making sure we were comfortable, and left the refrigerator stocked with special and very welcome treats. Looking forward to our next visit with our daughter and her husband, plan to stay with Lori, again.

Fantastic
First Class house to stay. Fabulous decor. Every room was stocked with anything you might need especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Lori has thought of everything. So many special touches!! Plenty of coffee and hot chocolate, a few snacks and sodas. AND graduation cupcakes to celebrate our son. We felt so pampered!! This will definitely be our choice of accommodations in the future when there are more than 2 of us. I highly recommend this be your first choice of VRBO.

Pristine Vacation Home - Highly Recommend!
A immaculately clean and beautifully decorated home. Many amenities above and beyond most vacation rentals. Lori is a wonderful and welcoming host. She ensures the home is well stocked with toiletries, linens, towels, coffee supplies, and even quite a few welcoming treats! An amazing host and greatly appreciated. Our best vrbo experience
My wife and I stay at vrbo properties six to eight times a year and this was by far our best ever stay. Lori was easy to contact and even offered us an extended couple of hours without our request. There was a snack basket left for us and the home is well stocked. This home is extremely clean. My wife said “I wish Lori managed every property we stayed at”.

Just Wonderful
We so appreciated Lori's thoughtfulness and hospitality. We had a most enjoyable stay at her beautiful home. It is as depicted in the listing and more. The home is beautifully furnished, very comfortable, equipped with all necessities, extremely quiet and serene. Lori has though of everything and is an amazing host. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay
We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything was as beautiful as the photos represent. Lori was so easy to communicate with, and she also went the extra mile. She left us a very thoughtful welcome basket along with some amazing treats in the fridge. She had several drinks stocked, along with plentiful coffee options. She has both a nespresso and Keurig maker (pod and pot option). Even the bathrooms and rooms were so well stocked. Tons of toilet paper, towels, pillows. She left us several travel sized products and toiletries. This house really felt like home. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Raleigh. 10/10 recommend.

Our family was in town for UNC graduation, and Lori’s home was a fantastic place for the eight of us to stay. Her home is beautiful, well stocked, and sparkling clean. Lori exceeded our expectations by providing drinks, snacks and graduation cupcakes on our arrival. What a lovely surprise and a festive way to begin our weekend. Lori’s communication was great, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

Above and Beyond
Lori is one of the best hosts we’ve ever stayed with. Upon entering this beautiful home we were surprised with a lovely gift basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. When checking out the rest of the house we were also surprised with drinks, a charcuterie, and a lovely box of cupcakes. She also allowed us a late check out to accommodate our plans. The house is just as advertised in the pictures. We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties in different parts of the world, and I must say, this Cary home is one of the best. We will definitely stay again if traveling to the area. The entire family enjoyed our stay!

Special moms getaway
I have stayed at many lovely vacation rentals. Lori is by far the most generous hostess. You will lack for nothing. As in other reviews, snacks, spices, plenty of coffee, choices of laundry detergent... In a day where you may see only 1 role of TP per bathroom this is such a gift. I mean who wants to go shopping for that stuff on your vacation?? The house is spotless, beautiful and cozy. You should have Zero concerns. A few days before check in Lori gave us the check in information. With that she offered us early check-in and late checkout at no charge. My friends and I said for this simple gift she already has 5 stars. We had a late flight back to Michigan on Monday and this not only made it nice for planning ahead of time it gave us some more precious time to visit out on her patio. We were visiting a dear friend who lives in Raleigh who kept us busy seeing the sights. I highly recommend a few of the restaurants. Close is La Farm on Cary Parkway. This is the sit-down one not the closer walk in bakery. Hayes Barton Cafe ( need reservations way ahead), Gugelhupf and Tea at the Carolina Inn. These were my favorites. Each one an amazing!!! Such memorable experiences.

A true gem - the house and hosts
The rental property was spot on! Our family has stayed in many, many rentals, and this was by far the most well stocked with the most considerate hosts. Thank you again to Lori! All of the little touches make such a big difference, like simply night lights throughout the house, and toiletries in the bathrooms. The house was impeccably clean, well stocked, and organized. Lori was responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. This will definitely be our place to stay whenever we are in the Cary area. Amazing Stay!
We were going down to the area to visit my parents with 2 little kids. The reviews are absolutely not an exaggeration - the house is full of thoughtful touches, swoon-worthy organization and so clean. My 5y old was thrilled to find his favourite board game and learn a couple more, my husband was impressed with how comfortable everything was (down to the desk chair!) and was finally able to visualize how I have been trying to set up some of our own organization systems, my 1y old loved tottering around the fenced in backyard and I was able to actually relax and spend time with my family (moms of little kids know how hard this is). We’re so glad to have found this lovely place close to the grandparents, and definitely plan to come back! Thank you again, Lori!

Great Home, Great Location
This property was absolutely one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. The house itself was clean and extremely comfortable. Upgrades galore with high end bedding, linens, towels, etc. Lori was a great host and extremely responsive to any questions. Not one glitch while we were at the home. What really makes this house a gem is all of the "little things" that Lori took the time to provide. A welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived (snacks and a bottle of wine). The refrigerator and pantry were stocked with soft drinks, snacks, and anything else we might need. Bathrooms were stocked with shower supplies. All in all our stay was fantastic and we will definitely look to stay here again when we return to the Raleigh area.

The property is lovely & appointed with everything we could think of wanting, including staple grocery items — spices, oils, coffee & tea. Everything there was well made, organized with labels. The host left a handy notebook with extensive ideas for entertainment, shopping, taking advantage of local greenways, etc.The owner/manager Lori was responsive at every turn, from booking to check-out. We joked that maybe we should ask her to adopt us and we were so grateful for the lovely visit that we left some flowers and other minor thanks. BTW, don’t miss the State Farmers Market, which we were told is open 365 days / year. Harris Teeters will have most anything you could want, but maybe go to Farmers Market first — meat, fish, wine, baked goods, a few artisans, flowers, local produce and produce products — Wonderful!!
