Note that the lot is sloped and there are about 25 steps from the road to the front door.

750 sq.ft. 1-bedroom apartment in the semi-basement of a family home in a quiet, established Chapel Hill neighborhood. Lovely gated patio with forest views, separate entrance and street parking.

We take pandemic seriously; air out the space and run HEPA filters between guests.

Pleasantly surprised
We were pleasantly surprised by this vrbo. The basement apartment was nice. The inside was updated and clean when we arrived. The outside needs to be weedeated bc there were quite a few bugs and spiders. Communication with owner was great. Would stay here again.
