* Efficiency kitchen has refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, tea pot and 2 burner hotplate as well as kitchen essentials for making basic meals.
* Dining area with a table that seats 10 (!)

OUTDOOR SPACE:
* Private entrance from private driveway (enter through alley)
* Large private backyard area with firepit
* Patio off Great Room
* Yard is fenced (connected to owners area where their very friendly dog plays)

Dogs allowed but if under 2yrs need to be crated if left in apartment alone. (Sorry - no cats)

Comfortable stay and communicative host

Property is exactly like pictures show. Comfortable beds and couch, huge kitchen table that can convert to a ping pong table. Host was helpful and communicative. Had the essentials, nothing more. Would stay again if in Durham.

Must love dogs/other guest.

Absolutely wonderful property in the perfect location. Great living space to entertain and the bed was very comfortable. We brought our 2 dogs and upon arrival, another dog was loose in the yard so be mindful if bringing your fury friends if they like to be alone. The owner lives upstairs and I believe other guest use the property as well as there were several folks just outside our door in the yard so also be mindful of the shared spaces. Overall a fantastic find.
