Cozy Private Guest House near Neuse River

Just on the outskirts of town is a quiet neighborhood near the Neuse River and Buffaloe Athletic Park. Willow Creek Guest House, a private apartment just off the main house, was established in March 2023. We are on just over an acre of yard, gardens and trees with plenty of open space.

The guest house consists of 3 rooms: A comfortable front living space with small sofa, two lounging chairs, 40" flat screen SmartTV with Roku. The main sleeping area has a comfortable queen size bed and is large enough to accommodate a chest of drawers, kitchenette, small dining area and desk. A foldable cot/air mattress (double) is available for additional sleeping. For guests with dogs, you must add the pet fee when you book. Dog bowls, leashes and treats are made available for your fur-babies.

Willow Creek Guest House is 6 miles from downtown Raleigh, 8.5 miles from NC State University and 14 miles from RDU Airport.

Perfect stay
The guest house is super cute and functional for a short stay. It was a very comfortable to sleep and relax at night. Raleigh is just a short drive away, and neighbor hood is established and serene. Loved staying at Anne-Marie’s place.

Very quiet surroundings and easy travel to downtown Raleigh. The bed and furniture were just perfect in an extremely clean and nicely decorated guest house to make for a relaxing getaway. Looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful and Quiet Cottage
I had a wonderful time in the cottage. It is quiet and enjoyable. The garden in the back is very peaceful, and my dog loved it there. It's in a nice neighborhood with limited noise, and would be a great place to walk your dog or enjoy the beautiful North Carolina sunsets.

Perfect NC spot
I loved this little place. It is very close to downtown Raleigh (18mins). The neighborhood is quiet and walkable which is great if you have kids or pets. Anne Marie and Tony were fabulous hosts. I travel to Raleigh several times a year and I will be staying here again and again.

Good safe neighborhood
We stayed for a lacrosse tournament in the area. It was a perfect location for us and only 15 min to downtown where there is a plethora of good restaurants. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and the property is peaceful and quaint with lots of birds. Everything we needed and many extras. Anne-Marie was even so kind to share some clippings from her plants and packed them so they would make the trip back home. Much better experience than any hotel room. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location and neighborhood. Wonderful for walking your dog. The yard is also great for dogs to explore. The apartment is perfect size for 2-4 people with a pet. Everything you may need was there for your utilization. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect Guest House!!!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Willow Creek Guest House. It is such a cute and cozy space that was perfect for the two of us! The owner went out of her way to ensure that we had a great stay. We were in town for my husbands parents 40th anniversary and the location was perfect and close to everything that we had planned. Anne-Marie recommended that we try the food truck at the beginning of the neighborhood and it was SO good! We’ve found our home away from home for our future visits to see our family!

Cute Place…Nice Property…Great Hostess
My mom and I spent a few days here in late July. The walk in shower was very accommodating for her, so it was perfect for what we needed…a place to stay while we commuted to see family in the triangle area. Anne-Marie made sure we had everything we needed, as well as my 4 month old puppy. He really loved to run around in the backyard and just like she says, the guest house is very pet friendly - which was a good thing because my Remy couldn’t get enough of laying on the bed since it was in the kitchen. Book this little gem, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful A Wonderful Pleasure Experience
Anne-Marie an Tony went far above an beyond to make me feel at home. What a wonderful stay I had at there guest house. Those two made me feel more than welcomed an relaxed. From the moment we meet with her great smile Anne-Marie put me at ease. They both answered all my questions an showed me the shared patio which we enjoyed together. I look forward to my next trip as it will be with this wonderful couple. If you have the opportunity an are going to Raleigh I highly Recommend this guest house. Blessed Guests
Anyone who stays at this rental will be blessed. The fact that the owner decorated and designed the guest house herself, adding the personal touches of an extremely soft mattress, silky soft sheets and appointing all of the necessities in convenient and well appointed spaces makes this stay one of a kind. Ann-Marie went above and beyond her call of Hostess duty to ensure that we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and serene. The open patio area available for lounging was quite the addition to the guest house. The taco food truck within walking distance had very good food, more than just tacos. The guest house is within 10 minutes of everything you could possibly need. The rates are extremely affordable. And we really look forward to coming again. No hotel can compare to this quaint guest house. We were going to stay in a hotel and we were blessed by God to find this place. A hotel cost 2-3 times this guest house for the same amount of time- 2 days. If you are looking for a taste of home, not to break your wallet, and have a lovely experience, this is it!!!

Peaceful stay
I had a lovely stay at Anne Marie and Tony’s place. I was in town for a wedding and wanted a little getaway for myself between all the events and this was just what I needed. Quiet property, tucked away, beautiful garden to have your morning coffee, private parking, nice little kitchen. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Relaxing Location with Good Amenities
This was a great place to stay for a few weeks. Enough space to get work done and relax. It is up-to-date, clean and close to the greenway and aquatic center. Definitely recommended!
